Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Oregeno
    Basil
    Kosher Salt
    Black Pepper
    Olive Oil
    Onion Powder
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (3 halves)
    Arugula
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    Pita Pockets, Halved
    Dressing of Choice

Tips

You can use whatever dressing to season. We like Newmans Own Sesamee Ginger, but would also be good with Cesar and Romaine in place of Arugula.


Directions

Mix Spices and Olive Oil
Coat Chicken and Cook (I use oven, 350 for 20 mins)
Make Rice
Cool Chicken

Mix Cooled Chicken, Rice, Arugula and Dressing and stuff halved pita pockets.

Serving Size: Makes 4 one cup servings
