Ingredients

Beef, round steak, 1 lb
White Onion, Raw (1/2 cup), 0.5 cup
Garlic, 1 clove
*mushroom, portabella, 1 mushroom, 5 serving
Sour Cream, reduced fat, .75 cup
*Potato Slices, Provident Pantry, dehydrated, 50 gram(s)
Butter, unsalted, .25 stick
Directions
Slice onion, garlic, and mushrooms into small pieces. Set to the side.
Slice steak into thin, 1/2 inch long strips and lightly season with salt, cardamum, thyme, and coriander. Set aside.
Put half the butter in the pan and turn stove to medium.
Fill a sauce pan 1-inch from the top and add a bit of oil and salt. Turn stove to just below medium.
When butter has melted, add meat to pan and fry for about 2 minutes. Remove meat to a bowl and set aside.
Add garlic and onions to pan. Fry for about 2 minutes. Remove to same bowl as meat and set aside.
Around this time, the water should be boiling. Add dried potatoes and stir gently.
Melt second half of butter in pan.
When melted, add the mushrooms and stir around until most of the butter is absorbed into them, about 2 minutes.
Add meat and onions back into pan and stir together.
Turn heat down and add sour cream.
Mix gently and thoroughly, and serve on top of the potatoes.
