Ingredients

    3 cups of Navy (or Canneloni) Beans (two cans, rinsed and drained, or three cups, prepared from dry beans)
    6 Basil Leaves, chopped finely (or 1 Tbsp. dry)
    1/2 cup Onion, chopped finely
    1 clove garlic, minced (or pressed)
    2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp. Pine Nuts, toasted, and sprinkled over top
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare all ingredients, and mix in a medium sized bowl. Enjoy
