Ingredients

Any pork meat, about 0.5 kg, I use tenderloin as it has little fat.
3 (or more) cloves of garlic, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
3 tbsp of sunflower or other oil
5 red potatoes (500g)
3/4 cup orzo pasta
1 large green bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
1 large orange bell pepper
2 hot chili peppers (or more)
5 tbsp of sweet paprika
3 tbsp of hot, smoked paprika
about 12 cups of hot water

Better the next day.
Directions
Wash and dice peppers, slice garlic and onions, dice meat. Wash, peel and dice potatoes.
In a big pot hit 3 tbsp of oil, add onions and garlic, fry until glossy, add meat,paprika and chili peppers, fry for few minutes. Add hot water, boil on low for 20 min. Add potatoes, boil for 5 min from the moment, the mixture starts boiling again. Add pasta and peppers, boil for 15 min, add tomato paste, keep on stove till it boils again and serve.
