Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup baby new potatoes, quartered
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp dried dill
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Place potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish; add olive oil, paprika, dill and pepper. Stir until potatoes and completely coated. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
