Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

600 grams Round Steak (approximately 1.5 pounds)
    2 T oil
    2 cups Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 Cup sliced carrots (I used frozen)
100 grams sliced Onion (about half a small onion)
100 grams frozen spinach (about a cup)
    4 T Kikkoman Terikyaki Sauce
    1.5 cup water
1 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits in juice

Tips

You can add 1T of cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of cold water to the mix if you want a thicker sauce, but of course that would add extra calories.

Directions

Simmer beef round steak in water for about 3 hours or until tender. Remove from pot, trim fat off and slice into bite sized pieces.

Put oil in a skillet and add beef, broccoli, carrots and onions. Cook until crisply tender. Add spinach, sauce and pineapple and simmer until blended and heated through. Serve over rice (not included in calorie count)

Serving Size: 1 cup of mixture is 1 serving, makes 8 cups total.
