5" Sweet potato
Olive oil spray
Salt
Any other seasoning desired.
Tips
Since this recipe takes up 2 pans I think a salty pan and a sweet pan with cinnamon and a sweetner of choice would be great. A sweet and salty snack that you just won't feel guilty about!!
Since every oven is different keep an eye on the chips throughout cooking.
Directions
Preheat oven at 400
Line pan with foil and spray with olive oil
Cut sweet potatoes with mandolin into thin chips and place on pan in a single layer.
If pans are on separate shelves switch them at 5 minutes. Then at at ten minutes flip chips over cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool. Store in individual baggies for a quick portion controlled snack.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 17-20 chips
