Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup ground pumpkin seeds (or hemp seeds, soaked almonds, sunflower seeds, cashews)
    2 heaping Tbsp raw cocoa powder
    1 avocado
    1 large banana, frozen
    2 Tbsp raw honey, agave or maple syrup
    dash sea salt
    3/4 to 1 cup water
    4 ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender; add more water to thin, if deisred. "Chew" for better digestion.
