Ingredients

    6 tables spoons of All White egg whites
    1 or 1/2 a tomato diced
    1/4c sliced mushrooms
    1 tbls olive oil
    .25c mixed peppers

Tips

make sure the vegetables are spread out and that you give the egg time to cook before folding or it will be scrambled eggs with vegetables


Directions

Saute vegetables in olive oil, spread around pan
add egg whites and allow egg whites to spread throughout the pan
let cook and fold into an omlette
