Ingredients

    2 lb chuck roast
    1- 1/12 cups large chopped carrots
    2 lbs small baby fingerling potatoes
    1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
    1 pkg lipton onion dry soup mix
    1 cup water

Tips

If you can place the carrots and potatoes in the slow cooker half way through the cooking time they will be not so over cooked in the end.


Directions

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours
