    fresh tomato sauce 2 cups
    beef broth from roast
    9 oz diced beef cooked
    green peppers .5 c
    chopped onion .5 c
    canned green beans .5 c
    cauliflower 1 c
    celery 2 stocks chopped
    .5 cup macaroni
    Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Tips

fresh tomato sauce is pureed tomato from my garden that is then frozen


Directions

toss into crock pot and cook at high temp until done
