Ingredients

    olive oil 2 tbsp
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    2 small carrots, peeled and finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    14 slices of wheat bread
    low sodium chicken broth
    butter spray, refrigerated
    bell's seasoning
    butter flavored powder
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

there is not added egg so, no need to worry about temperature unless you stuffed chicken or turkey breast with it. Then temp must be 165 degrees or higher!


Directions

saute all veggies in the oil, add broth as needed to keep pan from being dry and to help soften veggies. When veggies are softened, add seasonings, and bread that has been cubed. Stir until moistened and add butter spray and the butter flavored powder until tastes to your liking. cook in muffin tins for individual 1/2 cup servings or use to stuff chicken or turkey breast cutlets and then cook until hot.
