Ingredients

    12 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
    6 T. melted butter (unsalted)
    2 T. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 t. ground cinnamon

Tips

If you like icing, make "Jonna's Mini Monkey Bread Icing" and drizzle on each roll. Adds about 50 calories per roll.


Directions

Cut each dinner roll into 6 equal pieces. In a bowl combine butter and cor syrup, stirring until well mixed. In a second bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, mixing well. Dip roll pieces one at a time, first into the butter mixture and then into the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place six roll pieces into the cooking-sprayed well of a 12-cup muffin tin. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool 3-4 minutes before removing from the pan.
