Ingredients

3 eggs
16 ounces plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Cream together the eggs, yogurt, butter, applesauce, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, except for the walnuts. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, taking care to not overmix. Fold in the walnuts.
Fill a greased muffin pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
