Ingredients

    93% Lean ground turkey - 1 pound
    .5 cup chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 t beef bouillon
    .25 t basil
    .25 t oregano
    1 can tomato sauce (16 oz)
    1 can diced tomatoes with basil & garlic (16 0z)
    1 bay leaf
    1 t worcestershire
    .5 t pepper
    1.5 cups frozen corn
    2 cups of your favorite multi-grain dry pasta (We like to use Fusilli)
    1t Nature's seasoning
    .5 t garlic powder
    1/8 t Paprika
    1/4 t crushed red pepper
    Whole wheat pasta - enough to prepare 3 cups cooked.

Directions

Boil water & cook pasta per instructions on box (depends on pasta you use) For the penne regate - it is usually 10 minutes once the pasta is placed inthe boiling water.
Spray bottom of large pot with non-stick spray
Add chopped onion, crushed garlic, ground turkey, & beef bouillon to pot and cook on med-high until turkey is browned.
Add pepper, basil, oregano, bay leaf, worcestershire, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, & Nature's Seasoning. Stir Well.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, & corn and cook for about 7 minutes.
Add cooked pasta of choice - drained of all water (we use fusilli or elbow macaroni) stir, heat together for about 3 minutes Then turn off heat and remove bay leaf. Serving size is 1 cup. Serves 6 - 8
Top with fat free shredded mozzarella or parmesan.

    Very Good
    The second time I made this I halved the pasta and corn because I prefer the turkey take center stage. The leftovers are great and make a quick, healthy lunch which I'm enjoying right now. Thanks for sharing! - 1/5/11
