Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon (213 gm), drained
    1 egg
    .5 cups oat bran
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 Tbsp sweet peppers
    1 Tbsp dill weed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Fry at medium heat until browned on both sides. Serve with mayo or dill sauce.
