    Bay-leaf
    Chilli Powder - to taste - approx 2 Tbsp
    Worstshire Sauce - 1 Tbsp / to taste

    Bake at 350 F - until cooked

    Add
    1 796 mL / 3.3591 Cup Diced Tomatos with no salt
    1 540 mL / 2.279 Cup - Fava Beans
    1 540 mL / 2.279 Cup - Black Beans
    1 540 mL / 2.279 Cup - Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas
    1 540 mL / 2.279 Cup - Kidney beans (red/white)

    2.75 Cup Cambpells Beef Broth - Low sodium



Tips

If you wish to add vegetables and make it a meal / soup

Also add more liquid to make a soup
