2 quart crock pot.
Uses light coconut milk.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oats
    1 can light coconut milk
    water to make 4 cups total liquid
    handful of dried cranberries
    handful of slivered almonds
    vanilla extract and cinnamon to taste
    1 tsp salt

    Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

    Delicious.

Directions

Spray crock pot with Pam.
Cook on low for six hours or high for three hours.
