Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
    1 tspn Brown Sugar (heaping)
    Juice from 1/2 a lime

Tips

The oil tends to separate and so the dressing will need rewhisking before serving - adding a pinch of dijon mustard helps bind it and prevent separation.


Directions

Whisk all ingredients together right before serving

Serving Size: Makes about 1/3 of a cup (90 ml)
