Ingredients

    2 handfuls fresh spinach
    1 lrg banana
    1 cup orange juice
    1 large apple
    10 baby carrots
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    3 teaspoons moringa leaf powder, (optional)

Tips

This is really quite good and boosts an energy punch!


Directions

Cut up all fruits and carrots, place in blender. Add spinach,yogurt,( MORINGA POWDER optional) and orange juice. Puree til all are blended, will have some texture to it due to not peeling apple.
