Introduction

This is a very easy, kid-friendly dish that my family loves. You can use ground beef but ground turkey works just as well and is lower in calories and fat. This has become a comfort food for my daughter - and it's healthy! This is a very easy, kid-friendly dish that my family loves. Very Good
Very good meal. My Husband and I ate it "as is" and loved it. We added a bit of cheddar cheese soup to the kids' bowls of this meal to make it cheesier for them. - 2/23/12
