Ingredients

12 oz bag Hershey's white chocolate chips
12 oz bag of La Choy chow mein noodles
1/2 cup Jiff smooth peanut butter
Directions
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. When chips are melted completely, add in the peanut butter. Mix 'til incorporated. Take off heat and start to pour noodles in a little at a time.
Depending on how large your double boiler is, you may need to transfer your mixture to a larger bowl (I did).
Continue to add noodles in until you use the whole bag.
Once the noodles are coated well, drop by spoon fulls onto waxed paper. Allow to sit until solid. You can speed the process up by sticking them in the fridge if you like.
Serving Size: Makes 40 cookies - 1 per serving
