Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 C flour - I use 2 whole wheat 1 Bread flour
    1 tsb Cinnamon
    2 tsb Baking Soda
    1.5 tsp Salt
    4 medium Bananas
    1.5 C Truvia Baking Blend
    4 eggs
    .5 C Applesauce
    2 Tbsp Oil
    .75 C Water
    1 C English Walnuts

Tips

I use this recipe for Pumpkin Muffins as well. I just substitute a 15 oz can of pumpkin for bananas and 1 tbsp + 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Then fold all dry ingredients in the wet ingredients until moist. Do not over mix.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees
