Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3 C flour - I use 2 Whole Wheat 1 Bread flour
    1 tbsp + 2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
    2 tsb Baking Soda
    1.5 tsp Salt
    15 oz can of Pumpkin
    1 C Truvia Baking Blend
    4 eggs
    .5 C Applesauce
    2 Tbsp Oil
    .75 to 1 C Water
    1 C English Walnuts

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients. Then fold all dry ingredients in the wet ingredients until moist. Do not over mix.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees
