    4 oz Grouper Fish Fillet
    1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of Vegetables Oils
    1 dash Black Pepper

Directions

Heat up the skillet with 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil. Sprinkle a dash of pepper. Fry each side 4-5 minutes.
