Ingredients

    2 slices Schar Gluten and Wheat-Free Bread
    2 Slice Turkey
    About 60 grams of Kale
    2 tasp of Avacado

Tips

Schar bread brakes easily because it dose not have the wheat and butter in it. so be careful when spreading the avacado on the bread. If spreading to hard the bread will brake.


Directions

Take 2 taspof fresh avcado and spread evenly on both slices of bread. add turkey and kale. Top and enjoy!!
