Ingredients

    zucchini-1 medium chopped
    *Broccoli florets (half head)
    *Asda chopped tomatoes, 4 tbsp
    Yellow Peppers, 1/3 pepper
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Low sodium Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp
    *Ground tumeric, 1 tbsp
    *Herbs - Dried - Italian 1 tbsp
    *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
    1/2 tbsp garlic powder
    Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    Water 1 cup

Directions

Put chopped ingredients into a pot, add stock (broth)
Boil for ten minutes
Add tomatoes and water
Simmer for ten mins
Blend, taste and add more seasoning to taste

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings (3 bowls)
