Ingredients

    2 oz cooked chicken breast, no skin, diced
    1/4 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp Light Butter
    1/4 cup mixed vegetables
    1 tsp chicken bullion granules
    Pillsbury Crescent Roll, 1 serving, uncooked
    1/4 cup shredded 2% cheese

Tips

-If you cannot find chicken granules you may substitute 1 crushed chicken bullion cube.
-Use deli rotisserie chicken to save time


Directions

Preheat Oven to 350°
In small sauce pan, melt butter on medium high heat.
Whisk in flour until well blended.
Add milk, whisk until smooth.
Reduce heat and add chicken granules, stir until dissolved.
Stir in cheese until melted and sauce is thickened.
Stir in vegetables and chicken.
Pour into small ramekin.
Tear off small pieces of crescent roll dough and place on top of mixture.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 1 chicken pot pie
