Introduction

Ingredients

    Dry:
    1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    Pinch of Morton Lite salt salt substitute
    1/8 teaspoon baking powder

    Fat mixture:
    1 teaspoon butter
    2 teaspoons canola oil

    Liquid
    1 teaspoon milk
    iced water as needed.

Tips

This is once serving of the crust for an individual crust.


Directions

Creme the butter and oil together, then set in the freezer.

Mix the flour, salt substitute, and baking powder in the freezer.

After the main ingredients have chilled, mix the butter/oil mixture together till it's crumbly, then add the milk while kneading, and add just enough water while kneading till a dough forms.

Roll out and line the appropriate pan.
