Introduction
Enhanced Oopsie Roll recipe made with peanut butter for a dairy free version ( instead of cream cheese). I would say it is way better than the original Oopsie Roll because it has more structure to it and is very bread- like. It is best served of course with some jelly or your other favorite toppings. - 1/2 tsp vinegar or cream of tartar
Directions
- Add vinegar or cream of tartar to egg whites and whip until very stiff ( about 3 - 5 min)
- in another bowl, mix peanut butter and egg yolks.
