Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pounds Beef, top sirloin
    2 tbsp Sesame Oil
    Garlic, 6 cloves minced
    2 bell peppers, red
    1 package of enoki mushrooms (or other variety)
    1/4 Onions, diced
    1 Cup Snap peas
    1 cup Snow Peas
    2 cups Bok Choy, raw-shreaded
    2 cups Summer Squash
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    1 tbps Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

Directions

heat oil in skillet and add onions, peppers, and garlic. Saute until soft then add beef. When beef is almost cooked add span peas. Wait a few minutes and add remaining veggies and sauce. Simmer for about 3 -5 minutes and serve with rice or rice noodles.
