Introduction

36 ounces cranberries 2 cups sugar
2 large red delicious apples
2 naval oranges

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    36 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen
    2 large Red Delicious apples
    2 large naval oranges
    2 cups sugar
    small amount orange zest from one orange

    Grind ingredients together and drain juices. I use a sausage grinder, but you can use a food processor. Add sugar and stir. Chill and serve. Will keep in fridge for over a week. Can add nuts.

    I save the juices and add a little water, simmer on the stove adding some brown sugar to taste and chill.
