Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

8 servings Diet Coke Sloppy Joes
2 cans (8oz) Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
2 cups Kraft 2% shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds (optional and not counted in nutritional info)

Tips

I make the sloppy joes ahead in large batches and freeze them. For this recipe I just defrost the sloppy joes and use them.

Directions

Prepare Diet Coke Sloppy Joes from the highly-rated Spark People recipe. This step is not counted in the prep or cooking time.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Heat sloppy joes, if necessary.
Unroll 1 can of the crescent roll dough and place in ungreased 9x9-inch glass baking dish. Press in the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of dish.
Spread beef mixture over dough and sprinkle with cheese.
Unroll second can of dough and place over cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Baked 30 to 325 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and dough is golden brown.
Cut into 8 rectangles to serve.
