Ingredients

    1/2 C rolled oats, blended to a powder
    1 C canned pumpkin
    1 C nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1.25 C Silk seasonal nog soymilk
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbsp honey

Tips

For added nutritional value, consider adding: 2 tbsp ground flaxseed, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Can use unsweetened vanilla almond milk instead of soy nog if desired.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Pour into a glass. Enjoy!
