Directions

Place pork roast in slow cooker, chop and add garlic. Sprinkle meat with seasonings, and rub into roast. Add lime juice, orange juice, beer and salsa. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred meat, place back into slow cooker. Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil and place shredded meat on cooking sheet. Pour sauce over shredded pork. Broil for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned edges. Serve on tortillas.
