Ingredients

    3 lb Beef (stew meat) cut into bite size pieces
    1 large can V-8 tomato soup
    1 bag mixed vegetables
    1 onion
    6 medium potatoes cut into bite size cubes
    salt to taste

Directions

place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours.
