    2 Dole Pineapple Rings
    1 C Frozen Strawberries (thawed)
    1 Medium Banana
    1 6oz Red Velvet Cake Yogurt
    6 oz Milk 2%
    2.5 T Flax Seed Meal


Can be used as a nutritious meal or snack


Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until desired consistancy. Pour into 3 8oz glasses and enjoy.
