Introduction

My family loves these and there isn't much sugar in them. My family loves these and there isn't much sugar in them.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/4 cup butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1/4 cup white sugar
    3 medium bananas pureed or mashed

    2 cups flour
    1 TBS Stevia powder = 3 TBLS sugar
    3 TBS Chipits, semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 tsp baking powder

Directions

Blend together egg, butter, vanilla, milk and sugar, then add the bananas.
Mix together flour, stevia, chipits and baking powder and add all at once to the moist mixture.
Blend until just blended.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes in a greased muffin pan.

Serving Size: Recipe makes 12 muffins
