Introduction

This is an easy, healthy chili recipe. I am not much for cooking but I can handle making this dish. This is an easy, healthy chili recipe. I am not much for cooking but I can handle making this dish.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    I lb ground chicken
    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green or red bell pepper
    Chili powder (to taste)
    Cumin (to taste)
    Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Brown the ground Chicken in a large pot. Add at tbsp of oil to the chicken as it is browning. When the meat is browned, add the chopped onion and green pepper. When the onions are translucent, and the green pepper is soft add the beans and diced tomatoes. Add the spices to taste. Cook for 30-60 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings. Serving size two cups.
