Ingredients

    5 fluid ounces 1% lowfat buttermilk (or 5/8 cup)
    6 tbps or 3/8 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt (or 1/2 of a pre-packaged serving size of Chobani.)
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp dried dill
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp dried garlic
    1 tsp dried chives
    1 tsp salt (I always use 1/2 teaspoon, but add more to taste if you like.)
    Pepper to taste


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and evenly blended. This recipe will almost fill an 8 ounce (1/2 pint) mason jar for easy storage in the fridge.

Change and mix up the dry spices to your preference- I've even added red pepper to mine. :)

Serving Size: Makes eight 3-tbsp (approx) servings
