Ingredients

    8 c thinly sliced green cabbage
    4 c granny smith apples, unpeeled & chopped
    1 c carrots, coursely chopped
    1/3 c reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1-8 oz. carton plain low fat yogurt
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp celery seeds
    1/2 tsp salt, optional
    1/4 tsp pepper, option

Directions

combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, toss well and set aside. combine remaining ingredinets in a bowl, stir well and pour over the cabbage mixture tossing gently. cover and chill 1-2 hours.
