Ingredients

-1 cup raw cashews, whole or pieces
-6 tbsp nutritional yeast
-1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
1) Preheat your oven to about 350 degrees.
2) Line a bread pan with tin foil and place the cashews on/in it.
3) Roast the cashews for about 10 minutes, shaking the bread pan a few times throughout the 10 minutes so that the cashews roast evenly.
4) Combine all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is crumbly and there are no more visible cashew pieces. The final result should look a little like graham cracker crumbs.
5) Add to any recipe that calls for Parmesan cheese, sprinkle on top of pastas, salads, or vegetables, or mix with flavored oils for dipping bread. Enjoy!
