Ingredients

    10 oz. ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. fresh spinach
    1 box vegetable stock
    1/2 box beef stock
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 pkg. frozen green beans
    1 small can corn
    2 large carrots, diced
    1 zucchini, diced

Directions

Mix all ingredients except spinach, bring to a boil, simmer for 1 hr., add spinach.
