Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Best Foods Mayo with Olive Oil
    1T Lemon Juice
    1/2t Salt
    1/2t Pepper
    1 Clove Garlic, minced
    1/4C diced celery
    1 block tofu, crumbled

Tips

1. For a healthier mixture, mayo may be replaced with olive oil
2. Original recipe also calls for dill, but I don't care for dill so I left it out of mine


Directions

1. Whisk together mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and celery.
2. Place tofu in a slow cooker and top with mayo mixture.
3. Cook 2 hours over low heat.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/3 cup servings
