    3/4 cup whole buckwheat
    4 eggs

    Bring to a boil:
    2 quarts flavoured broth
    Add buckwheat mixture, do not stir for one minute, then stir gently.

    3/4 lb diced celery

    Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
