    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

brown onions, pepper, beef, and rice together. Add tomatoes and chicken stock. Cook until rice is tender.
