Ingredients

    250 g box (12 sheets) of fillo pastry;
    250 g feta cheese crushed with a fork to small pieces;
    6 large fresh eggs;
    6 table spoons of flour;
    6 table spoons of yoghurt;
    6 table spoons of sunflower oil.

Directions

Mix properly without lumps the flower, yoghurt, oil, and eggs. You may use a hand-blender. keep the crushed feta separately. Rub the inside of a baking tray with butter or spray it with sunflower oil spray. and place the first sheet of fillo pastry. It does not matter if it's a bit wrinkled and not smooth. just cover the bottom of the tray. Spread some of the cheese evenly and sprinkle with the mixed ingredients. Place on top the next sheet and repeat the same between all the sheets as you try to spread the ingredients evenly and on top of the last one spread only the last bit of the mixture but no cheese. Put it in a preheated oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the top is risen and changes colour to dark yellow.
