Ingredients

    12 - Large eggs
    1 cup - Turkey sausage crumbles
    2/3 cup - 3 Pepper & Onion Blend
    1/2 cup - Chopped Spinach
    1/4 cup - Low moisture, Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Tips

Use regular or silicone muffin pan, 12 muffin size. If using silicone pan, spray with nonstick spray. If using regular muffin pan, put two paper liners into each slot, then spray liner with nonstick spray.

Muffins will keep more than a week in the refrigerator.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Distribute evenly among 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Once cooled, may refrigerate or freeze.
