Ingredients

    Anchovies, 30 grams, finely chopped
    Tuna in spring water, 1 can
    Celery, 2 stalks, finely chopped
    Green peppers, 2 finely chopped
    Picked onions, 10 quartered
    Dried tomatoes, 6 chopped
    Gherkins, chopped
    Chilli peppers red, 2-3 chopped
    Lettuce Romaine, 2 hearts chopped
    Olive oil
    Balsamic Vinegar
    Black pepper
    Lemon zest from 1 lemon

Directions

Mix ingredients, add pepper and lemon zest and leave for an hour. Whisk oil with balsamic vinegar and add.
