Ingredients

    15 oz can of chickpeas
    2 ts. minced garlic
    6 Tbs. honey Greek vanilla yogurt, fat free
    2 Tbs. Olive oil reduced fat mayo
    1 Tbs. lemon juice
    1/2 ts. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 cup thinly sliced seedless cucumbers
    1 carrot. peeled, cleaned and shredded
    3 large lettuce leaves, cleaned and halved
    6 mini whole wheat pitas

Directions

Drain and wash chickpeas. Smash. Add rest of ingredients, except lettuce and pitas. Stir well. Line mini pitas with leaf lettuce. Fill each pita with 1/6 of spread.

Serving Size: Makes 6 Mini Pitas
